June 2011 - April 2015 | Irving, TXInvolved in launching and developing Multiview’s Programmatic Marketing B2B Campaign Service and Platform, and was the leader in taking this service to market. Worked closely with the VP of Programmatic and Creative team to make sure that the service my team was selling had the necessary deliverables. In our first year to market the product generated just under $9 million in revenue with a 21% net profit margin. In our second year to market the campaigns generated $36 million in revenue with an increase to 27% net profit margin. As one of the key contributors to this program, I was able to streamline efficiency in client insights and enhance the product offering, while also refining the sales pitch. I managed a team of 21 sales reps, which contributed $17 million to the product; was responsible for $4 million of the team and companies number. During my time with Multiview, I have been the #1 producer out of 450 sales executives with a sales differential over 150% of the next closest producer and implemented landmark changes that also increased our client retention rate from 47% to over 76%.
